What are the foods to avoid before and after you take ayahuasca?
The vine of ayahuasca contains MAOI to block monoamine oxidase enzyme secretion. It increases the tyramine portion in your body. Tyramine is a form of amino acid that maintain blood pressure. While your body is already consuming enough tyramine through ayahuasca vine, it is restricted to eat any outside foods which are rich in tyramine.
